Once you know what is your status quo and what do wish to achieve with working remotely, it is time to start thinking about it in practice. Will this be a bigger or a smaller change in your organisational culture? How are the others likely to react to the thought? Which toolset, mindset, skillset and processes need to be in place so that everyone can work effectively from anywhere? How can you make sure that the same needs are met also in the virtual world?

It is easier for you to answer these questions, if you already know the basic requirements for a Remote-first culture and have concrete examples of how other teams and organisations are collaborating virtually. You get all this in my Becoming Remote-First online course that will be launched in September 2019.
